Free app that allows IP blocking?

Is there a free app or a way to block a IP address?

What exactly are you wanting to accomplish by blocking an IP? By default all IP addresses are blocked unless a PC is in the DMZ or services are forwarded to a PC.

CHX-I is a nice packet filter and will do what you ask.

I believe most free fireware software can do this. I'm using Kerio's free firewall and I can set a rule to block out certain IPs or a range of IPs.

you might want to try tiny personal firewall v 2.015. it is free, but i can't find it on the tiny software site anymore. contact me if you want me to send it to you, or anybody else who wants it just send me an email.
