um, partition magic really doesn't have a whole lot in common with ghost btw.

Yeah, I know, but I'm looking for something along those lines which can either resize, copy, or move partitions, or backup entire hard disks.

If you bought a Maxtor hard drive, their MaxBlast software is great for partitioning, formatting and copying hard drives. It's really fast.
