Free alternative to FRAPS?

I was wondering if there might be a freeware alternative to FRAPS? The 30 second cap on the trial is really limiting. Or I'm stuck with FRAPS and will have to pay for the full version?

YES! There is an open-source alternative. I've used it, it works, but I can't remember the name. Try searching sourceforge.net for it. If I think of the name, I'll come back and post.
