Pete, wouldn't be better to consolidate all post for CC for the coming week rather than one for each deal? Rather than thread craping, I could have done PM but you don't have PM turned on.
 
Different people have different preferences and I like the way pete777 does it.

People usually don't shop by retailer. If I need a drive, or CD-RW or media, or monitor, or memory, I care more about the item than about who sells it. I would rather not see a thread where only a small portion of discussion is relevant to the purchase I am planning, and the rest of it talks about things that I don't care about, but which happened to be sold by same retailer.

I would appreciate a better description of what "VBM 30 cdr" is, though. Is it a 30-pack of CD-Rs?

I don't know where these are made, but nearly all the Verbatims out these days are one of the best media out there.

Most or all of the Verbatim CD-Rs are made in Singapore by Mitsubishi Chemicals Corp. They should be as good as Taiyo Yuden.
 
like i said before, verbatims own u! You can almost immediately tell these are good cdrs by looking at their bottoms as they are dark dark blue rather than that greenish crap dye the generics have.... Yeah this sounds like a hot deal although im pretty anti-MIR...

They burn fine but a year later they don't work. I've had several Verbatium CD-R's go bad and I just don't trust them. Now if they are now made by somebody else then I'd reconsider.
