free adware/spyware remover

What is the best free adware/spyware remover for IE on XP? I am hoping this will fix some of my IE problems like lots of popups and slow loading times (several secs. us to be instand). All this just started happening a few days ago. Thanks.
 
Spybot Search and Destroy and Adaware have served me well. BTW, this post belongs in the Software section.
 
I use spy bot and adaware as well works great as well as google toolbar for a little bit more protection from pop ups.
 
Sorry about putting it in the wrong forum. I completely forgot there was a software forum. A Mod can move it they like.
