I wonder what's making it invalid...?

I don't see a problem if all they are asking for is your name and address. No birthday, no SSN, no CC!

Edit: I just noticed this was my lucky 13th post. Now I definitely will receive ths HUB 😉 😀.

the invalid certificate is probably because it doesn't chain up to a well known trusted root.

Exactly. It's signed by "extrakey" which I'm guessing is either in-house at this company or some random unknown cert authority.
