It's been 5 weeks for me since I sent it in. The form says allow 10 weeks.

I did however get a (rather useless) card from them with my phone number on it so I don't forget it when I go to add minutes at Western Union.

yep, same here. i shredded the western union card. who in their right mind would pay $2 service charge to goto a western union to recharge when they can just press 611 and recharge directly from at&t for no fee?!
