This has been discussed here before. Note that the fine print indicates that if more people apply for the settlement than the settlement fund has money to cover, no one gets anything and the settlement just gets donated.

You can pretty much assume you're not getting $20.

In the event that the number of claims filed would result in awards of less than $5.00 per claimant, there will be no cash distribution to individual consumers.

Heh, I remember getting like $6 for the settlement from that class action lawsuit about monitor sizes/viewable size.
 
And if you read further, if it's under $5 per person, all the money goes to non-profit organizations that support music. So a good deal either way.
