I searched this and could not find it so if its a repeat I am sorry. There is a pending lawsuit for anyone who bought a cd in a 5 year time span. Looks legit but who knows. Its was on the yahoo news site on jan 22 2003. I dont htin I can post a link but it should be easy to find on yahoo news.
