Has anyone ordered anything from here before? How is the quality? I'm planning on getting some stuff from here for my girlfriend.

Bought some stuff for my ex a couple of years ago. They make good stuff. And it's cheaper than Victoria Secrets.

About 3 years ago they sucked major balls in the customer support category... they may have shaped up since then, but I refuse to buy anything from them. They accidentally messed up my order and didn't offer a refund or an exchange when I talked to a "manager" from their CS... unacceptable.

yeh, go to a Victoria's Secret store or shop there online. i think they have the better quality stuff.

They seem to sell high quality stuff. They have one at the mall here and my girl shops there more than VS.

Edit:

HMM, whoops, it's not Fredericks she shops at, it's another place, but I can't think of it right now. Sorry...

we bought some stuff a few years ago. WE bought some condoms. The quality was great and the prices were cheap.
