the wife took a few pairs of pants, some ties, and 3 shirts to be cleaned.
She tried a new location close to the house.
I went to put one on this morning and noticed a big burn mark on the cuff. it's a french cuff and the burn mark is on the inside.
i took it off and tried the next one - same thing. And again on the 3rd shirt. hacked me off. I bought them from paul frederick and they range from 39.99 - 79.99 each. The most expensive shirt is a super 140s material.
she took them back today and the lady, of course, said those burn marks were already on the shirts. my wife didn't back down and the lady said she'd have to talk to the owner about it. then they'd re-launder them and have them ready for tomorrow.
i don't think those burn marks are going to come out. nor, can I believe she tried to take 0% responsibility for the damage.
Cliffs:
1) Wife took clothes to new cleaners
2) 3 of my favorite shirts came back with burn marks
3) I get angry
4) worker denies responsibility and triesto blame us
