I don't know what it is about this city, as it's never been so ferocious anywhere else I've been, but when the thunder comes it sounds pissed off! Must be because we're higher and closer to the weather, and the echos off tall buildings combined.....or something like that. But I swear, everytime it thunders somebody's car alarm goes off.

It won't stop F*ckin raining and it's starting to piss me off.

Especially since I got a new bike and can't ride it.

Especially since I see this crap where everywhere is sunny but the rocky mountains...
 
I'm down south of you in Castle Rock. The lighting seems pretty far away (about 7 seconds between light and sound). And it's pretty loud.
