Freakin credit company

Dang it, i set up a payment plan to pay off a credit card, I had them set it t draft from my bank account at the end of the month april, may, june and they took all of it out on the 1st time, so now my checking account is empty, and over, and i called the credit company and they say there's othing they can do.

So hopefully my bank can stop payment, and I'm gonna send a nasty letter to this credit company and tell them they can bite me if they're gonna act this way.

Could them pulling a stunt like this allow me to have the credit dispute removed from my credit score, as i had set up a payment plan and they aggreed to it, yet didn't follow their own aggrement??

This is the bad thing about auto-drafting from a checking account...typically once the money is gone (especially in a debt situation) its VERY hard to get back.
