Wow are the leafs made of pressed gold or what? Nothing can justify that kind of price.

200 dollars.
Its a stripped down version of a 225 dollar book, which I can find anywhere on the internet for 30 bucks.

But the special edition is always expensive no matter what. They are not saving me any money.

Warp 1 engage!

F*cking college indeed. I finally parted ways two years ago. I almost went for a third degree -- f**k was I on?

I thought I heard somewhere that Amazon uses some kind of automated pricing engine that generates bizarre prices sometimes. I think part of it is the low number of available units.

Heh, I called the one seller that had a new one, and they agreed to sell it for $50 and said they only have one in stock. Now I'll put it back on amazon as used, and charge a third of what the other two used sellers are asking.

Profit = only about 10 LARGE!!!!!!!!!!

You are all fools. I bought the book and now I am a multimillionaire!

Though I miss the days I was a billionaire.

in my poorer days, I'd pay a classmate to allow me to make photocopies of their text book.

the worst are the fucking professors who make you buy a book but then never actually get around to using it.

got burned by that in my freshman year. after that, if a course had multiple expensive books, I wouldn't buy them until the prof actually got around to having us use them.
