Fraud or just dumb

- Bought pocket pc on e-bay
- Waited over a week and see nothing
- e-mailed seller.. he replied and said he sent a week ago
- E-mailed him back twice asking for tracking # and got no reply.
- Dispute with Paypal
- Seller show tracking #
- I checked tracking # and it said it was shipped to some address in TN (I'm in GA) and someone signed for it in my name.

What the hell. that's stupid. My Paypal address is confirmed too.

Contact paypal. 100%, you will get your money back if the DC shows a different address.

No idea, it shown on UPS.com that the person who signed for it is my last name.
