my friend got a response from TrustE saying " Thank you for bringing this web site to our attention. We have checked our
internal records and verified that this site is not part of the TRUSTe Privacy
Seal Program. We will contact the web site immediately and have them remove any
reference to TRUSTe from their site at once or face legal action."

Various grammar and spelling errors. You don't do something "safe" (from the "vision" page), you do it "safely". Adverb != adjective

I just sent them 2 emails to the addresses that are on the 'contact us' page telling them that they are scammers and both come back undeliverable.
