Fraps causes sloppy 2D..

Fraps is a program for measuring the framerate of 3d programs.

Edit: Fraps seems to have been updated sometime in the last few years (hey, I haven't looked into it for awhile, ok? 😛) to now give the ability to capture video of gameplay.
