Listening to 'Night and Day', and can't believe his voice.

Any of you here old enough to remember him?

Yes, I am, and I say without question he was the one that all others follow.
Well, he and Tony Bennett. Nothing beats Sinatra and Basie Live at the Sands........man, what an album. Think I'll go pour me a scotch and have a listen right now.

Yes, he WAS.

If you like Sinatra, try some Mel Torme up loud on a good system.

Both had fantastic although different voices.

Have to agree with PurpleHayze ............ Bing Crosby as the all-time best then come Dean Martin , Perry Como & then Sinatra :) .
"71 Bing cd's & counting"

(All great singers nonetheless)
