Franchise

Don't know about sandwich shop, but my friend use to be store manager of Pandra Bread. I remember he told me either $30K annually or monthly income after tax. I have to double check with him again.

I have a former co-worker who owns one in downtown Atlanta. Employee turnover is a b!tch.

30k annually < 30k monthly (360k)

Talked to my friend and confirm it was about $30K profit per month . It's store right next to Disney World in Florida.

Can't answer without more info....

1. What franchise are you looking at?
A. What are the franchise fees associated?

2. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.... Where are you wanting to place this shop? You need to compare it to shops in similar locations. If you are in a back woods strip mall that has 20 cars park there a day, you are not going to be able to compare yourself to a subshop in a 5000 car a day location.

3. Are you going to do standard subs like subway or special subs like Quiznos?

I should say that I don't know how much he is making a month but he's doing quite well. He's right in the middle of the business district and does great business in the morning, lunch, and afternoon. He closes for the night as there isn't much business then.

A friend of a friend of a friend was a personal secratary for Dave Thomas. For a wedding gift he gave her 2 franchises in Vegas. Before you sign on the dotted line look at all the fine print, I guess some parent companies can be horrible.

One franchise I was always interested in is Chipotle. They do a wicked busy buisness and have a limited menu, should mean for big $$.

My understanding is that the Franchise fees associated with Quizno's is HIGH but my god!!! THE FOOD!

Let me know what the franchise information states for the misc fees. I am curious as to the exact #'s.
