Korea should play like this from the start, much like the Togo game they play well too hesitant in the 1st half. It seems like that only when they need to score a goal, they play this fast pace, 4 man up front, offensive-minded game. If you look at what Korea is doing in the 2nd half, they're just punishing France with their speed. However, France got ripped off on that Viera goal.

and ya, I'm korean and rooted for Korea, but I think France got robbed from taht corner kick goal, lol. But the speed of the play and the proximity, it was impossible to tell from the refs and the players, so it seemed no one, except the people watching on TV complained.

But I feel bad for Zidane 🙁. Awesome career, but this isn't the way to go

Mmmm my friend was at a Korea vs. Costa Rica match earlier this year and I was watching Korea vs. Japan at a Korean restaurant and you usually hear the Korean cheer with dae han meen guk and the clapping.

Confirmed. That what I heard.

Most of the first half i heard parts of beethovens ninth symphony, "ode to joy" more specifically the Presto, but i only watched the half, but they kept it going.

It's the "national" anthem of the EU, so i was quite surprised to hear it sung.
Or maybe i'm just deaf, but i could swear that was it.

France still has a chance to advance, so it may not be over for Zidane yet

french players were extremely dirty today. WTF is up with that chokehold takedown in the 2nd half.

and Henry was very very dirty too.

french got away with some, but that's ok, in the end korea got the best missed call of the game (altho there were very few protests overall). that ball should have been called a goal altho it looked like a great save.
