Frame rates? Help!

This might be the wrong thread to put this in but where can i find a program that will tell me the frame rates i'm getting?? If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!
 
The framerates are programs in your games, just go to a site like gamespot.com or something look under cheats and other topics. Alot of times they have codes so you can bring up a console to look at framerates. If that doesnt work try a surch engine in yahoo for a topic like framerates and then the game you want to see the framerate in. One other thing you can download 3dmark2000 and benchmark your system it tells framerates of the tests in the program.
