Frame rates? Help!

This might be the wrong thread to put this in but where can i find a program that will tell me the frame rates i'm getting?? If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!
 
The majority of games have their own method for telling you your framerate. What are you trying to see your framerate on?
 
you can try this program called "fraps".. it's a tsr and it displays your fps while running a game(sorta like ut's time demo).. but it only works on d3d games tho. i dunno the exact url for the program.. just do a search on a search engine, you should find it.
