I use O&O on notebook computers because of its small footprint and the fact that it works particularly well on systems where defragging will be done manually. I use Diskeeper on servers because of its continuous defrag and frag-guard options. I tired PerfectDisk, which is supposed to be an excellent product, but was put off by some bugs in the user interface.
Also, Symantec's Norton Speed Disk is (or has been) touted for being able to defrag the MFT on-the-fly (while booted into W2K). I've stayed away from it because Microsoft specifically recommends NOT doing on-the-fly MFT defragging in several places in the MSKB. A lot of people swear by it, however.
