Pics don't finish loading, radio streams buffer every 7+ secs, and downloads never go complete. What's wrong with my internet? I use comcast cable and a linksys BEFW11S4 router. I though it had to do with wireless but even on a computer that's direct connetcted same problems occur. My theory is because I have my cable TV and internet but that's been working for a long time. What should I do or what's the problem even? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would start by removing the router, and plugging directly in (make sure you have your F/W enabled)

see if that fixes the issue. If not, then I would do continuous pings to your ISP's router (your default gateway) and a major host (www.google.com). ping -t www.google.com and then stream some audio, and see if the stutters coincide with packet loss or increased ping times, etc. If you are getting lots of packet loss to your ISP's router, then you have issues. Start be replacing cables (both coax and cat5) with premade cables, and then call your ISP.

Also you might check to see how close you are to the main cable connection.. if you have a lot of splitters between you and where the cable company hooks to your house you may get signal issues
