fragmented files

I cloned a 10% op 830 ssd to a spindle drive and found 24% of drive or 3400 fragmented files.
No pagefile or benching and 60% of the 830 was always free space.
Now ssd dont see or know about fragments but does having 3400 system files with each one in up to 7 different spots slow down a ssd drive or not.

The short answer is it would be negligible.
