Fractal R4 with Phanteks PH-TC14PE: will it fit?

Friend of mine has the Phanteks PH-TC14PE cooler and is interested in getting a Fractal R4 from Amazon (he hates windows on cases). Phanteks website states height is 171mm, while the Fractal site states support up to CPU cooler height of 170mm. Will that 1mm kill that possibility?

Anyone here own both?

Thanks lehtv, i saw those threads as well. My only concern is that they are using the windowed version which doesn't have the sound dampening material on the side door.

If the NH-D14 fits, this knockoff will squeeze in with ease.

The height of the D14 measures 160mm with the fan
