I'm looking into building a pc with one of these cases. I cant decide on which one is better
I wont be water cooling for this build, I will be using the Noctua NH-U12S so i need that to fit. I like the way they both look, I would like it to be easy to work in and have good cooling. which one is better overall?

Very similar I'd imagine in terms of cooling - both have comparable features and potential airflow. Haven't compared directly.

The Arc Midi's a decent budget-er option IMO and quite good looking in it's own way - you just end up wishing the front panel was aluminium or steel, but the overall effect is not bad at all IMO - to me it's better looking at normal distance than the Obsidian, but it might be a taste thing. In terms of overall quality you do get what you pay for generally speaking - but in terms of air cooling, I doubt there's much of a difference either in terms of fan arrangeability / buildability or actual performance.

If you want cool & quiet I'd personally go for an NH-D14 and remove the 120mm, or a Thermalright Macho 140 - the latter's like half the price if that's important.

I voted for the Arc Midi but then again I'm running the Arc Mini.

Both case look to be somewhat equal. Just get the one that looks the nicest to you. Or hell get whatever one is the cheapest at time of purchase.
