How do we know he isn't mentally instable or disturbed. He could just snap one day and take this to a local park full of children and have at it.

yeah, the way he showed off the AA-12 leads me to suspect he might even get help from the actual weapon manufacturers because that could have passed for a promotional video the way he shows off how it can work after being submerged in water or used with only one hand because of its anti-recoil designs or how its an excellent door breaching system...
