I see...
Well not much detail to look around for.
That part of the title you speak of, "ice", was it a separate word of the title? Or part of one word or name? For example was "Ice" the first or second word/name of the title or was it something along the lines of "Icewind" or "Justice" (with "ice" being part of such words). And, perhaps more importantly, do you really remember if "ice" was part of the title to start with or you're not actually of that either? You're asking about it but you unfortunately don't remember what it was about? Set in the future? What was the setting or subject of the game? Nothing about that?
For the moment, the only one I found that falls within the decade-old period, being an FPS and on the PC with the word "ice" in the title is Carnivores: Ice Age, released in 2001. It was a "hunting simulation" type of game, part of a series (the "Carnivores" series, started in 1999). And I doubt that's the one you were thinking of. Maybe it's not that old, or maybe there's no "ice" anywhere in the title or subtitle? It's kinda hard to come up with something, this is a tough one.
