Hello. Whenever I load up a game such as starcraft, wacraft 3, or world of warcraft, it always shows my fps in bold numbers at the top right of my screen. it is very similar to what the Fraps program does. it is in the way most of the time and i have no idea how it got there. does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it? im sorry for being very vague about this, but i dont know what information i can give. i have no idea how it got there...

It may not be FRAPS... I believe the default position in FRAPS is the top left and most people never change it. I don't recall any graphic drivers having built-in FPS meters for anything using a DX layer, so it may have to be FRAPS or something similar.

ATI Tray Tools also has a framerate counter that is turned on by default. I like to have it in all my games, but it's easy to turn off.

:p I'd assume that if he changed it, that he'd know if it were FRAPS.

Only if he understands which key changes its position in fraps and that he didnt hit it by accident.

Not to keep going on it since he doesn't have it... but I don't remember if FRAPS has a key bind for moving the FPS by default, does it? I think I set one before, but I don't remember if there was one.
