FPS questions

...detect a 10 FPS difference? I am looking at either a 6800 or a 6600 GT and on some of the graphs I have seen the 6600GT is just 10 frames behind the 6800. I am just wondering if my eyes would be able to tell the difference.

Yes and No

Yes you can tell between 10 FPS and 20 FPS and no you can't between 240 and 250.
