FPS games lag(max fps, 30 ping)

SO hi guys, i have some problem, i have good pc and internet connection, but in all FPS games i can notice that other guys have advantage on me, like all prefire me and charakters are like papers and they are moving faster than me, i have some examples on my youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/KarloProMusic/videos
Also i have changing some settings on pc, like page file and services, and i could play ava like normal, there wasnt (lags) like before, but when i restart my pc, its like before, any1 can help me fix? thanks🙂
 
Who is your ISP? If it is comcast then get a motorola-surfboard-extreme-docsis-3-0-wireless-n-cable-modem-and-gigabit-router.

If your ISP is verizon then download their speedoptimizer. It will configure your MTU and such for their service. Reboot and try your again and see how it goes from there.
