FoxNews: Carl Cameron "Fake But Accurate"

This is the guy that follows Kerry on the campaign trail for FoxNews. What a pathetic reporter.

Original Story

Story how it is now with an apology.

If anyone watched OutFoxed(about FoxNews) there is a part in it where it shows Cameron interviewing the President and about how his wife is out there supporting his campaign and how he's rooting for him. It shows Cameron's true colors and bias. :/

That's a great clip. I'm not sure what was more amusing, watching Cameron bury his nose in W's ass, or Bush trying to sound interested and kind. Too funny.

Another FAUX News faux pas
Editor?s Note:

In a version of this article that was published earlier, the Communists for Kerry group was portrayed as an organization that was supporting John Kerry for president. FOXNews.com?s reporter asked the group?s representative several times whether the group was legitimate and supporting the Democratic candidate, and the spokesman insisted that it was. The Communists for Kerry group is, in fact, a parody organization.
Somehow I don't believe that.

The top rated cable news network, the self-proclaimed beacon of "fair and balanced" news reporting and journalism doesn't make any attempt to verify the legitimacy of a source beyond asking some anonymous representative of some unknown group/site if he's for real? Not one editor or researcher in the entire organization could be bothered to check ANYWHERE for confirmation that the group even exists? Don't they teach you better than that in the very first class you take as a journalism major?

And before one of you counters with examples of the so-called liberal press failing to confirm things, let me beat you to the punch and say that it's indicative of lousy reporting and a terrible lack of journalistic integrity when ANY organization does it... Can you be "fair and balanced" and say the same?

Speaking of Fox News and their "journalistic integrity," take a look at this pic, from their website, which was digitally manipulated to make President Bush look taller (Sen Kerry is 6'4", President Bush 5'11"). The comparison shot is from AP.
