Foxie is not a web browser and fits seamlessly into your IE browser.

It's not a browser. It's an ad-in for IE that gives you some of the features that firefox has.

So do you suggest using it? I just use fire fox so I don't plan on using it ....

I tried it and it seemed to have some glitches in it so I ditched it. Though was just messin around *hugs firefox*^^
