Um...Foxconn are ther biggest manufacturer of them all and you'll find they actually make most of Asus and Gigas boards. Any of the big 4 (Foxconn, MSI, Asus, Giga) you'll find are all equally good quality wise- not to say there aren't good smaller competitors because there are (DFI, Biostar etc) but those 4 are the common offenders in every segment.

i have a Foxconn A7DA-S(790GX/750SB) right now and i just got a 940BE and it will hit 4Ghz with the right voltage. Its a great board, all solid caps, heatpipe cooler on voltage regs and northbridge, like stated they are probably the largest mobo makers in the world they are HUGE in the OEM market and make alot of the board in pre-built PC's
AFAIK they are in no way affiliated with ASUS.

I think their "quality" is pretty good.

Did you really mean "enthusiast level performance?"

ASUS is the largest motherboard manufacturer and makes most of its own boards. Foxconn is #2, but only if you count its ODM/OEM business.
