This seems pretty cheap for an x38 chipset board. It is unique in that it supports both DDR2 and DDR3.

x38 is good for overclocking right? Better than p45?

It's disputable whether x38 is the better overclocker in general. Overall I'd say yes only because your usually getting heftier cooling.

If you get this board over a P45, get it for the better features (more USB ports, x16 PCI-E X-fire, more sata ports etc.)

Great price on this board btw. I paid $180 for my Abit a couple months ago and thought that was a steal.
