Foxconn P35A LGA775 Motherboard anyone?

Just bought this Foxconn P35A for $50 (after rebate), seems like a good price. I'm trying to figure out if I picked up the right board. First and foremost I want stability and if it could overclock like Abit, then so much the better. Anyone with actual experience?

all I want is 400 fsb (nothing to crazy)

That's a pretty thorough "amature" review, looks like a good board. Yeah, I know about the rebate issue, it's the Rebates411 company that's handling the rebate that's the real issue. I've dealt with them once before, just follow up and the money will come. Be sure to be more persistent they are. 🙂

nice looking board so far lots of room 🙂

The Foxconn rebates are slow, and you have to really watch the requirements. Many hoops you have to jump through. I'm still waiting on a Foxconn rebate from July 14. They make it almost impossible to contact them too. I'll be contacting Newegg today for help. Here's the message about my rebate on the Foxconn rebate lookup page:

"Qualification Status = Qualified & In Process. This is the final status you will see. We make every effort to issue your check according to the rebate form; however, since this is a business and not a science, our timing cannot always be exact no matter how hard we try."

How's that for customer service?
