Foxconn NT510 Nettop - Underscan/Overscan settings ?

Greetings

I have a Foxconn NT510 Nettop box which has an Intel GMA 3150 chipset.

Detailed specifications are at:

http://www.foxconnchannel.com/product/Barebones/NT510/index.html

This device is connected to a Plasma TV via HDMI with a resolution of 1024x768

Everything is working as expected.......except the video o/p does not cover the full width of the HDTV. In order to do so, I believe I need to modify the underscan/overscan settings of the video card, however the video application does not have such an option.

I do have the latest VGA drivers deployed from the Foxconn site (Version: 15.12.75.50.1.1972 for Windows 7)

Anyone know on how to access these settings ?
Any other drivers that can be used ?
Are there any drivers with which I could also get audio over HDMI ? (currently it is video only)

Thanks
