Does the Foxconn NF4UK8AA require a 24pin psu?

I recently bought a Foxconn MB with a coolmaster case that had a 350 PSU.

Will this setup work?

I think a few people in this thread are running it with a 20-pin PSU with no problems. I went with this 24-pin model though. My Foxconn's been running rock stable at stock for months now. :thumbsup:
