Foxconn NF4 Board??

I hear a lot of talk about the Asus, MSI, DFI boards, understandably.

But I want to build a machine, and i'm not gonna OC, nor is my case see through (thus hiding the ugliness of the foxconn board).

Is there any downside to the Foxconn board besides its ugliness to a non-overclocker? Compared to other Ultra boards at least.
