Foxconn motherboards any good?

I have an E6400 coupled with a Gigabyte DS3 however, I'd feel much better with a 975 board. I noticed Newegg has a new Foxconn motherboard that is a 975 board and also Conroe compatible. What kind of quality could I expect from this board ?

Thanks. I happened to find that last night. I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger on that one. The Gigabyte board has a few quirks but at least it overclocks very well. I'll be sticking with it for now.
