Foxconn Live Update "error" 975X7AB

Your system was booted up from the back up BIOS! You need to download the BIOS file and flash utility manually, then flash the primary BIOS from the DOS enviroment

I am trying to resolve a problem, maybe you can help me. I would like to save my motherboard, because my new foxconn 9757ab-8ekrs2h has a problem.

This is a new build: XP - E6700 - 2 gigs ddr800 - 320 sata HD, IDE DVD/CD RW - 480PSU, etc. All hardware and software OKay.

I installed OS - Good
I installed Motherboard drivers with supplied CD - Goog
I installed Motherboard Utilities - Good
I ran Live Update and updated the BIOS - Good
I ran Live Update and updated the Intel Chipset Drivers - Good
I ran Live Update and started to Install the raid drivers (i think it was raid drivers, if not raid, the other drivers) and in the middle of the download process the board restarted - without any BSOD, just instantly restarted.

When I tried to get back into Live update, I got the following message:

Your system was booted up from the back up BIOS! You need to download the BIOS file and flash utility manually, then flash the primary BIOS from the DOS enviroment."

I need help to resolve this issue. Any advice would be appriciated
