foxconn BIOS update

I can't update my P4 s478 865G mobo 'cuz of the garbage software that both the CD and website offers... I'm like... WTF

I need the update 'cuz the new low latency Patrior 3200 RAM sticks, no matter what CAS settings are, keeps trashing my computer and ramdomly freezes every now and then, it's annoying as hell~

any solutions?

Can we have a little more verbose description of where you're failing, not just "I'm like ... wtf"? You know, to get answers, it helps if you ask a comprehensible question

An exact model number of MB would also help given your sig states ASUS....
