Thinking about building an Aria system. Would love to find a matx board that'll o/c. Anyone have actual experience with this one? I need to know if CPU:RAM ratio stays at 1:1, if PCI FSB locks, etc.

FYI 6ELS has VIA firewire, 6LS doesn't.

Try downloading the manual off their website. Chances are, if you can't find it, stay away from it. Foxconn is a huge supplier of parts to dell, but dell doesn't use their motherboards, last time I worked there. I recommend my msi 865pe neo LS. Most micro atx boards have fewer bios adjustments. I would switch to a regular atx case if possible if overclocking is a priority.

Checked the manual already. Says the same thing review does. You can adjust FSB but nothing else. Reviews have been saying that Foxconn is working on a new BIOS to allow voltage adjustments etc but I can't find BIOS version info on the webpage.

Currently running a 3.0C -> 3.4 on my IC7. It'd be a shame to lose that much speed just by switching to new case / mobo.

I got this, can't really figure out how to overclock my 1.6A. It seems to crap out a little over 100mhz FSB, so I guess the lock doesn't work.

as an update, I managed to get my 1.6 to 2.5Ghz right now. I did this with a number of CPU mods though (had to cut a pin, and also short some pins to increase the default vCore). I changed the default FSB on my 1.6A to 533mhz by cutting a BSEL pin, then I set the default voltage up to 1.7V with the "wire trick". The Foxconn mobo let me overclock to 2.5 from there (setting FSB to 157mhz seemed to be okay).
