I'm still not following your point or question. My point was the CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN are way more biased to the left and you will never see an anchor call out another anchor for cherrypicking a political quote. Hannity is the only person at Foxnews that makes them remotely "right wing" and he's not even part of the news he is commentary. Their news staff is extremely fair and balanced in their NEWS reporting. Foxnews at least shows both sides of any issue (as exemplified in this incident) while the mainstream media will do what it can to protect their political interests.
See, here's where I disagree with you. Fox News does show both sides, but that doesn't make something fair. They spend hours on Obama's Reverend, take the clips out of context and continue to debate it like it's an issue that's plaguing America. That's a lot of coverage on Obama, but the questions being thrown at him are less than fair. There was no equal questioning from them on Pat Robertson, the kook, and his ties with Bush.
I watch Fox News on a regular basis, mainly because my father only watches Fox News and no their news is not fair and balanced. Comparing them to CBS, NBC, ABS, CNN and then saying "hey look, we're less bias" is no indication of "fair and balanced."
It seems to me that the only people who think Fox News is fair and balanced are those in love with Fox News to begin with. If you end up agreeing with most of what any mainstream news network represents, especially one that's ranked number one, I can guarantee it's not fair and balanced.
