Fox beat NBC in ratings?!!

This despite the fact that Fox's World Series was the LOWEST-rated Series ever.

Good question. There aren't even any shows I like to watch on Fox anymore beyond football. Even Family Guy and The Simpsons are blech now. I'll watch House when my wife is watching it but not much else.

CBS has made a strong comeback the last couple of years.

NBC only has one good show, that's Friday Night Lights, everything else is a bomb. I bet their SNF rankings are lower than when ESPN ran it.

Yeah, NBC used to have a lot better shows. Then ABC and CBS came out of nowhere.

I agree, especially with all the CSI's and Survivor (which seems to be losing it's luster). I really only watch the original, I hate Miami and NY. Two and a Half Men is pretty funny too.

Wow, CBS used to suck. CSI must help a lot. Most of the shows I watch are on NBC actually... Studio 60 (soon to be cancelled), Law & Order, Law & Order SVU, The Office... Been watching Friday Night Lights but probably will stop. Occassionally watch Grey's Anatomy and ER. Yeah, every show I watch is on NBC.

Is Crossing Jordan still on?

a good mix of things, with Heroes being the only thing I'll watch on NBC. Before that show, I have never watched NBC.

NBC as a company is struggling hardcore right now. MSNBC is floundering as well. I think NBC just finished laying off a few hundred people and is moving out of what used to be their HQ in Jersey, too, but that might just be the MSNBC side of things. In any case, nothing with "NBC" in it is doing well.

Not really. NBC had a killer Thursday night lineup through much of the 90's. Looks like it will be a good year for Fox considering that their ratings powerhouse show American Idol is not even on at the moment.

FNL is a major dud. You might like it and I think it's okay, but not many are watching. Last week it was a 4.0 rating with a 6 share. That's one of the reasons why NBC is tanking. They put a lot of effort and promo money behind FNL and Studio 60 and neither one has done anything near expectations. Heroes is their only new show doing anything in the ratings.

FOX has House, the OC, Prison Break and American Idol when it comes out around

Hard to compete with those shows when the best one you got has a tiny constipated looking asian that can somehow change time

Meh, it's holding my attention. That's about it.

With ER, just watch the Season Finale and the Season Premiere like I do. They are the only 2 episodes that are exciting. The rest is usually fluff with Abby being upset or something dumb like that.

I love NBC overall though. I love all three Law and Order shows. They are actually the only shows on TV that I hate to miss.
