Four monitor setup with HD6870?

Hello everyone.

I want to make a four monitor setup with my Radeon HD6870 and I've tried many configurations but still can't manage to turn on the fourth screen.

These are the connectors of the graphics card:

At the moment, I've got three monitors working this way:

The fourth screen I want to connect is a Philips TV (It has VGA and HDMI connectors).

I wanted to ask here first before I start buying adapters, do you know how to get this working?
 
I dont think its drives 4 displays at once. You could try adding via the motherboard video display and igpu if you have one, otherwise you need a newer card.
