NASHVILLE, Tennessee (AP) -- Two couples have been charged in a price-switching scheme that allegedly defrauded Wal-Mart stores in 19 states of $1.5 million over the last decade.

seems like employees would notice a LCD TV at 1/3 of the normal cost.......

lets see, over the past 10 years and divided four ways, they only made 37500 a year. Wouldnt it not be easier to just work?

maybe, but it's not like this was a 9-5 job that took up their entire lives

Since this is theft from Wal-Mart, I almost want to say good job to the theifs. But I guess no matter who gets robbed, it's still wrong. The good thing for Wal-Mart? They won't even feel the $1.5 million loss.

Authorities began making their case in January after investigators in neighboring Macon County found about $10,000 in stolen Wal-Mart merchandise and an informant who led them to the two couples.

Nobody likes a rat. I wonder what he/she got out of it? The four individuals involved obvoiusly must've pissed the rat off...payback's a bitch. :D

Maybe it was a part-time job.

And that makes it perfectly ok. I see you say it's wrong, but still, even though they won't feel it, it's still very bad.

I was at Wally World a couple hours ago, and a lady was trying to get a 42" plasma screen into her vehicle to get it home.
