Four 80 mm fans or two 120 mm?

My current case (antec 1040) has two intake and two exhaust 80mm's. I was thinking of getting a new case and see that alot of them have one 120mm intake and one 120 exhaust. Is that adequate or would I be better off with a new case with 80mm's??
 
Antec P160 has an excellent design. 120mm front and back, side way mounted HDs behind the intake 120mm, and sliding mobo tray. If the front bezel design was tone down a bit...

Well I saw a thread in HD about the antec Lanboy. It looks pretty decent and seems to be a good price. Wish it came with a power supply though. Guess I'm spoiled because I got my 1040 (w/400 watt Atec ps) for ~110 or so a while ago.
Basically I am not dead set on any particular case, just want something decent quality with good airflow. If it comes with a PS that would be great. I definately don't want a 200.00 case.

I could actually re-use my 1040 but I have enough components to build a second pc so it would be best to get a new one.
 
I have the P160, and its an excellent case. Definately super quiet, thanks to the large fans. I've only heard good things about the lanboy as well, it has a similar cooling setup to the P160.

I see alot of people recommend that one. Only problem withit is it's not available at BB. I have a 50.00 gift card I'd like to put towards it.

 
I have the Antec3700AMG, love it, nice quiet, good size, sits pretty. The BQE is a little quieter, and in black...I think it is a little quieter, and comes with a queiter PSU, give that a peak!
 
If you have more fans, you can turn some of them completely off with a fan controller.

I have 5 case fans in my case (4 80s and 1 120) but I only have the 120 and one 80 on most of the time. With a fanbus, I turn off the others unless the room is particularly hot.
