Found this little guy on my door frame

It was dead, or at least very weak. Glad I sprayed that area the other day. Those things make huge cob webs, would hate to have run into that this morning. D: Spiders don't scare me, but I freak out like a little school girl when I come close to or actually run into a web. Weird phobia of mine.

This was quickly taken and not a long exposure with a tripod or anything so had to keep the aperture pretty low, losing out on field of depth. But you can see the hairs and stuff, it's pretty cool.

There is a spider that looks like a banana spider but isnt that built a web like 20' across between the tree an light pole in front of my brothers house.

I get lizards on my door this time of year. A screen door next to a porch light is prime bug catching territory. Thing is, back-lighting renders the lizards translucent - you can see their innards. The dark shadow of their intestine is obvious, sort of an x-ray effect. Pretty cool when you can watch their stomachs fill.
